Check where you can go
Open Transfer Surge. Confirm the eligible Warzones in your group and the exact event times.
Use this before Transfer Surge opens, while applications are live, and again before you approve the move. The goal is simple: know where you can go, what can block you, and what becomes irreversible.
Once the destination approves your request, you cannot cancel it or switch to another Warzone during that application period. If you do not move manually during the transfer window, the approved transfer can complete automatically when the period ends.
You do not need to memorize every mechanic below. When Transfer Surge opens, use the live event and follow this order.
Open Transfer Surge. Confirm the eligible Warzones in your group and the exact event times.
Record your Transfer Score, category, and exact ticket requirement. The game assigns your category — you do not need to calculate it yourself.
Make sure the target still has the seat or Transfer Points your account requires, and coordinate with its President or leadership before applying.
If you are President or Alliance Leader, step down first. Submit the request only when you are prepared to move to that Warzone.
Double-check the destination before approval. Once approved, you cannot switch or cancel. Before moving, screenshot active tasks; after arrival, join the intended first Alliance.
You are ready to move only when every required gate for your live event is clear.
The target Warzone must appear in your current Transfer Surge group/list. Do not assume any server can receive you.
Read your live Transfer Score and category after the event calculates them. Current-client categories use Follower, Trailblazer, Contributor, and Elite.
The target must still have the seat, category capacity, or Transfer Points required for your account.
Have the ticket amount shown by your live event before committing. Recent transfer generations commonly use 50 tickets for the first transfer.
The destination President normally controls approval unless the active event has an applicable auto-approval path.
A current President or Alliance Leader must resign before submitting a transfer request.
You do not need to calculate this yourself. The game snapshots your Transfer Score at the start of Preparation Day. It is not the same as the Combat Power number you casually watch on your profile.
We have current-client transfer branches both with and without Overlord included in Transfer Score. That means BlackBar Gaming will not publish one universal formula.
Use the formula shown inside your active Transfer Surge.Follower / Trailblazer / Contributor / Elite thresholds can change between transfer groups or event generations. Your live event is the only safe source for your current cutoff.
You do not need to calculate a server's open state. Read the label in the live event. In simple terms, Limited and Semi-Open use category seat counts; Fully Open may use a shared Transfer Point pool. The detailed current-client rules are below.
30 Trailblazers

40 Trailblazers

1 Elite
2 Elite slots
Follower / Trailblazer / Contributor moves can use the Warzone's remaining Transfer Point pool.
You can apply to an eligible destination under the current event's application rules. A target President may need to approve you.
Canceling creates a 30-minute wait before you can reapply to that same Warzone. You can still apply to a different Warzone without that same-target cooldown.
Once a request is approved, the target cannot be canceled or changed for that application period, and further requests are blocked.
Approved players can move during the live transfer window. Current rules also provide for automatic transfer after the period if the approved move was not manually completed.
Build your ticket reserve early and confirm the exact requirement on your live event. Recent transfer generations commonly require 50 Transfer Tickets for the first transfer, but BlackBar does not treat a historical ticket total as stronger than the live event screen.
One current client branch says only the first transfer during that Transfer event consumes Transfer Tickets and later transfers in the same event do not. Do not plan around that until your live event confirms that branch is active for your group.
The current transfer matrix preserves much more than your basic account progression.
Current rules waive several normal Alliance waiting periods when you join your first Alliance in the destination Warzone.
If you join after Zombie Siege has already started, the first-Alliance waiver does not let you enter that already-started Siege.
Do not recruit or promise moves from an old chart. Build the plan from the live event.
Screenshot every eligible destination and the event dates/times.
Use the event's actual score/category, not total Combat Power.
For Fully Open destinations, track remaining Transfer Points and Commander slots as approvals consume them.
Approval can deduct Warzone Transfer Points and is irreversible for the application period.
Presidents and Alliance Leaders who are moving must resign before they can apply.
Have the destination Alliance ready so arrivals use their first-Alliance exemptions cleanly.

Do not use an old score cutoff to decide your category.
Do not promise an entire alliance can move until destination capacity is known.
Do not submit a request you are willing to have approved while you are still shopping for another server.
Do not let a moving President or Alliance Leader wait until the last minute to step down.
Do not assume Overlord is always included—or always excluded—from Transfer Score.
Do not transfer without screenshots of active event and task states.
Current readable game data contains multiple Transfer Surge generations. Where those branches disagree—especially Fully Open capacity and Overlord inclusion—BlackBar Gaming deliberately defers to the active event rather than presenting a stale number as universal.
